Continous laminating lines + Multiproduct Line


Installation type continous laminating and multiproduct line for production of bakery-pastry in general (multi-product).

The installation consists of rolling in continuous with 2 folding stations, forming longitudinal cutting, filling, folding, separate parts, cutting, bathed in fluid and automatic discharge on trays, continuous oven or freezer.

Continuous lamination can be configured with 1, 2, 3 or 4 folding stations, according to the needs of products to develop.

Production capacity depends on the product but can produce up to 2,000 kg/h.
