Installation for ‘double dough layer’ product
Installation to work to double layer such as pastries, tarts, rustichello etc., with continuous laminating and product line with discharge over trays of cooking or freezing.
The installation consists of continuous rolling with 1 folding station of 600 mm. and another of 1200 mm., stuffing, filling and top overlap.
Production capacity depends on the product but can produce up to 2,000 kg/h.
